To redeem your voucher/coupon: - Add the product purchased to your cart
- Go to cart/checkout
- Enter your voucher id, redemption code, or coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Apply" (total due should be zero)
- Proceed to checkout or login and checkout for returning customers and enter your billing & shipping information
- Place Order
Tips:
Please be sure you are entering the correct characters in
the voucher id (Common Issues: "l" vs. "1",
"o" vs. "0", etc.)- If copying code from voucher and pasting into the coupon field, make sure there is no additional space inserted after the code as this often happens
- You may only redeem one voucher/coupon at a time so please complete one order/redemption before processing the next.
- If you continue to have issues, please delete items from your cart and start the process over again in the event a system issue occurred during your process.
